We’re Elijah and Shiva; a husband-and-wife team building custom saunas and wellness spaces for the ones who crave slowness, presence, and connection.

Elijah grew up working alongside his father, a carpenter, in the countryside of Ontario. Saunas were part of their family life long before they became trendy. A way to reset, breathe, and come back to what matters.

After building a life and careers in Toronto, we moved our growing family back to the land, trading speed for intention. Marchand Sauna & Co. is our way of honoring that shift: handcrafted spaces that bring warmth, ritual, and restoration to modern life.
